This link will take you to the 2011 Online Catalog for Kichler Products. We use many types of landscape lighting and we are particularly happy with Kichler Lighting and the new Design Pro LED Line. You can put more lights on one transformer (reducing transformer costs), install less Landscape wiring, consume far less power, and get much longer life of the light compared to incandescent bulbs. The only trade off is that the fixtures do cost more than traditional fixtures, however in many cases the cost is offset by the more efficient installation and efficient power costs. Not to mention less bulb replacement year after year.

MOBA Home Show ends as Spring Begins

Thanks to everyone who attended the display at the MOBA Home Show this weekend. We have had great success and look forward to following up with all the people we have met over the past 4 days.

Spring is here, so landscape bed clean up, mulching, summer projects are in full swing. Give us a call if there is anything we can do for you to help get you ready for the summer.

1st Home Show done… 2nd Home Show Coming March 31st-April 3rd

1st Home Show down… One more to go. We had a great response at the Home Show at the Beginning of March and look forward to a similar response to the MOBA Home Show at the end of March (March 31st-April 3rd). Spring is coming and the weather is proving it too. We are preparing to start installations at the end of March into the beginning of April.

Ultimate Backyard Challange

We need some votes… We entered one of our landscape projects into a local contest based on the “Ultimate Backyard”. We finished out 2010 as our best year ever! We nearly doubled in sales again this year. Thank you to our valued customers in 2010 and all our previous years. We also want to take time to thank our customers that have passed on referrals and have invited us back to their homes for additional projects. Much of our growth over the past 5 years is due to the personal referrals and 2nd and 3rd projects that we are invited back to do.

Again, thank you so much for a very successful year and we look forward to working with you again in 2011 and beyond. Our goal for 2011 is to nearly double again. It is hard to wrap my head around doing that kind of volume, however we do have some of the best installers and designers in the Omaha Area so that gives us the confidence to aim high.

A couple of new things to look for in 2011 is our finished shop on Chandler Rd, additional sales staff, additional install crew members, and a few new lines of work that we will be perfecting.

Children’s Musuem Display

Clear Creek has been working with the Omaha Children’s Museum on creating the “Big Backyard”. It is over 10,000 square foot of the biggest backyard in Omaha. There is Playgrounds, Sand Pits, digging areas, Campground, Trike Track, Putting Greens, Fishing area with boats, Waterfall, Patio’s, and a huge BBQ Hut. The big attraction is the Richmand Gordman Zooland Animals that have been restored. The link in above will give you more info about the restored animals.

It opens upstairs at the Children’s Museum Oct. 23rd (Saturday) and stays open till April 10th 2011. Clear Creek is working on the patio space, seating walls, waterfall, and decorative brick columns as well as helping in many other aspects of the design and build of this exhibit. We were selected by the directors of the Museum after they came across our display at the Omaha Home Show (end of March) and was a perfect fit for what they wanted to do. We helped design, layout, and build in nearly every part of the exhibit and help create a real backyard feel.

Come visit and play on the huge animals.

We created a new page that shows Before and After Photo’s. Have a look and see the transformations. Some are major transformations and others are subtle updates that make a big difference. This Gallery will be updated the most often as we are able to post more projects when we finish them.

Gabe, Luke, and Dan have all recently completed a Permeable Pavement Design, Installation, and Maintenance course and received certification.

These certifications are in addition to ICPI, NCMA, and Techniseal Certified Applicator
