Gabe Snyder - President

Gabe's career started in carpentry at a young age.  He worked under his uncle learning the craftsman trade and developing an understanding for construction.  He spent over 10 years working in various positions in the construction industry.  Gabe started this company with the vision to build quality Decks, Landscaping, and Retaining walls.  He quickly learned that people needed complete outdoor living spaces.  His decision to expand the business to include patio's, waterfalls, and outdoor kitchens propelled the business to higher levels.  The "Clear Creek" name came from a love of the natural beauty of Colorado.  There is a "Clear Creek" that runs through the mountains and is a perfect fit for who he is as a person... Natural, Loves Outdoors, and Humble.

Our experience in paver patio’s, retaining walls, landscaping, stonework, waterfall construction, and carpentry work with decks and outdoor rooms distinguishes us from our competitors. Many people are choosing to expand their living outdoors and create a truly enjoyable and functional living space outside.

Creating natural settings to blend and enhance is our specialty. We source our Natural Stone from Montana, Colorado, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Wyoming and we have the right equipment to place the stones in just the right place. Outdoor Rooms and landscape improvements are some of the best investments you can make to your property – and something you will enjoy every day. It is proven that when done correctly and tastefully you will be able to recover much, if not ALL, of your initial investment.

Luke Snyder – Vice President, Estimating and Design

My favorite part of the process is meeting with the customer and walking and talking in the yard about possible ideas and plans that would work. I pride myself on really listening to each person to hear what is most meaningful in the space that we are about to create.  We talk about concepts, ideas, possibilities, and I listen to what you like and don't like.  Then I go back and work up a design and estimate to bring to life the ideas that we came up with together.  Many times we will be able to get a design that fits your budget and needs on the first attempt, however we expect that there will be revisions to be made and we are happy to work on that with you to get the best possible outcome that creates a marriage between design and budget.

There are different options when it comes to the design; we can do a top down sketch or computer aided drawing to show the plans, or we can put the entire plan into our 3D mode and show the project in full perspective to get a great feel for how the project will look when completed.

I am ICPI, NCMA, SWPPP, Belgard Authorized Contractor, and Techniseal Applicator Certified meaning that when it comes to designing and estimating we don’t leave anything out and we don’t cut corners. It is a lot of fun to see a project come to life and see the excitement when a customer gets to enjoy their new space.

Tyler Bates - Project Manager/Designer/Estimator/Foreman... I could keep on going...

Tyler started with Clear Creek in 2007 as a laborer.  Tyler worked is tale off and was able to work into the position of Foreman very quickly.  In 2013 Tyler moved into the air conditioning to help the sales/design team keep up with the workload.  He is a very detailed and organized person.  He fits into this role well because there are alot of things to juggle when designing, estimating, manageing, ordering, and tracking projects.  No two projects are the same so he approaches each one with precise and accurate plans.  Tyler spent 2007-2012 working on the install team so he knows how a job is installed and how to prepare for the project.  His experience gives him the opportunity to pull from what has worked well in past jobs and tailor your job specifically to your needs.

Tyler is an extremly hard worker.  He even owns his own mowing business on the side that he is able to run while working full time here.

Design Process

Our approach to the designing and estimating process is unique from any other out there.  Typically you will have 2-3 designers looking at every design and providing input and feedback.  This helps to keep ideas fresh and specifically unique to your site.  You will typically work with Luke, Tyler, and or Chris on each project.  This gives us more capacity to be there when you need us, answer the phone when you call, and provide feedback in a timely manner.  Once the design and the budget have been setteled on the project will be schedule for a start date.  At the start of the project you will be introduced to the foreman working on your project.  At this point you will have the foreman, designer, estimator, and owner at your disposal to reach out to.

Bill Snyder - Foreman

Bill has been working with us since 2008.  He grew up on the farm and knows how to work hard.  His top priority is to complete the job in a timely manner and to the agreed upon expectations of the customer.  He likes to meet each customer and in most situations he gets to know the customer very well.  I often hear from customers that they "loved working with Bill", "your guys are extremely hard workers", "they do unbeleavable work", "I really enjoyed having someone that I could talk to and ask questions on site during the project".

Chris O'tool - Foreman

Chris started in 2008.  He has worked his way up from laborer to foreman.  His hard work and dedication to the job has earned him the opportunity to continue his career at the next level.  Chris is detail oriented and can't leave a project until it is just right.  We can put Chris on large jobs and small jobs and know that he will knock the job out of the park for us.  He is also very approachable and knows that the best way to get the job done right is to follow a plan, utilize the resources given him, and to work as a team to reach the finish line.
